实验室面积30平方米，配有各种无菌培养、接种、微生物学实验等仪器设备。
功能：功能菌与病原菌的分离、纯化与培养技术研究，菌株与菌群的功能与危害相关研究与教学。
主要研究课题：
（1）细菌群体效应对水质及养殖动物的影响
（2）地下海水中铁、锰、氨氮等成分的微生物处理技术研发。
（3）三角洲地区池塘海水中产酸细菌、硝化功能细菌等的分离鉴定及其对池塘水体的调控作用研究
成果：实用新型专利1项；发表论文11篇；
专家介绍：
李冰玉，1988年生，2010年毕业于中国海洋大学生物科学专业，2017年毕业于Auburn University 生物科学系分子微生物学专业，取得博士学位。研究方向：细菌学、微生物遗传学及微生物生理学。

(1)Research on effects of bacterial population on water quality and aquatic animals
(2)Research and development of microorganism treatment technology for iron, manganese and ammonia nitrogen in underground sea water.
(3)Research on isolation and identification of acid bacteria, nitrifying bacteria in pond sea water of delta area and their regulating function to pond water.
