鱼纲，石首鱼科。又被称作米鱼，敏鱼，毛常鱼。体延长，侧扁，长达50厘米以上，灰褐色。肉食性，以小鱼及小型底栖无脊椎动物为主。分布于北太平洋西部，包括中国的渤海、黄海及东海，朝鲜和日本南部。

This species belongs to the family of Sciaenidae , class of Pisces，also called nibe croaker.The length of body is up to 50 cm or more, grayish brown. It’s carnivorous, and mainly lives on small fish and small benthic invertebrates.It’s distributed in the western North Pacific, including Chinese Bohai Sea, the Yellow Sea and the East Sea, North Korea and southern Japan.
