俗称油片。硬骨鱼纲、鲽形目、鲽科。分布于黄海、渤海、东海。属于冷温性近海底层鱼类。体呈长卵圆形，侧扁，左右不对称。主要食物为多毛类、棘皮动物、甲壳类、底栖贝类、小型鱼类。肉质较好，可鲜食。

This species belongs to the family of Pleuronectidae,order of pleuronectiformes. Distributed in the Yellow Sea, Bohai Sea,and the East Sea of China.It’s a kind of cold-temperature offshore fish whose body is flat and oval, left and right side is asymmetry.Mainly lives on the hairy, echinoderms, crustaceans, benthic shellfish, and small fish. Their meat is better for eating which can be fresh.
