鲈形目，鲉科,又名黑头，黑石鲈，小石斑，鲪鱼等。是我国沿海分布非常广泛的石斑类鱼种，无论是在港口的防波堤、沿海的岸边、海中的明暗礁周围，只要是有礁石缝隙的地方都是它们的藏身之所。黑鲪鱼有昼伏夜出的习性，食性杂，主要食物有鱼类、虾类、沙蚕类、甲壳类、管蛸类等。
